Its hard to know if this unknown perosn is a true client or a competitor trying to defame us, since we had no personal complains about any of our products in the past 5 years.

the only customer i can remember is a female named teresa works in the same building who had an issue with a ring topaz and diamond ring.

she bought the ring 7 years ago and 2 years later she comes with missing diamonds from a ring not one but a few, asking to be repaired for free. she had the ring sized somewhere else for her daughter who was graduating nursing school and we don't know what was done to the ring.

i told her if you had the diamonds  we would install for free and all labour charges would be waived.

but diamonds missing is suspicious especially after 2 years of the purchase date. we offered to pay 50% of the cost to replace the diamonds and  she pays the other but she refused.

the ring was 1/2 price at the time of purchase 699 down to 349 and we paid the tax for her.

we are a family buisness, we treat our customerslike gold with respect and love.

sometimes we get people that try to take advantage of our kindness.

we tried our best to please the client, we try our best to please everyone.

many satisfied clients have written and emailed positive feedback due to our ethics and creativity in what we do it  could not all fit here but available upon request.
