Stop lying "Steve"

AUTHOR: Genrus Corp. - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 05, 2016

""Steve" stop hiding behind anonymity and lies. You never spoke to the owner of the company upon the renting of any van from your company. You do not have a record of any multiple conversations with the owner or the office as your first contact with the owner regarding this matter was a few weeks after you decided to make an agreement in the field with an employee not authorized to make any final decisions regarding company matters. Regardless of what conversions take place in the field, a proper business follows up verbal conversations with written documentation. Do you have a leasing agreement signed by an owner of Genrus agreeing to your daily charges and any additional fee accruals? Please present this information to the public for further consideration. Furthermore this is a state project, if you are familiar with the process of working with the state it takes 30-45 days to receive payment from the state of New York on a state requisition project. We have not received our payment to date thus we have not fabricated anything stated to you. Our first requisition payment for work in place and approved Feb 29th, 2016 does not get paid out until next week. Regardless of this obvious fact, and regardless of the many compromises we offered based on our experience with the van, you have chosen the defamation route unnecessarily due to your aggressive, transient behavior. We will no longer look to resolve this amicably as the damage is already done. See you in court.

your employee

POSTED: Monday, April 04, 2016

you sent your employee to rent the van initially from our company >  for your company.....with all his Id and your business card----I spoke to you several times during the rental period and you assured me that all would be taken care of and paid at the end of the rental.I said to you your security deposit had ran out and you said you were in the middle odf a "big'' job and that you were waiting to get paid and once you got your funds in the bank you would settle up........based on yiour word I waited and waited and waited but you continued to keep the van, and drop it back off to me with another employee driving it---but no funds paid upon return----- did you forget the 6 conversations we had regarding the situation ?  you say one thing and do another....

Provide signed contract

AUTHOR: Genrus Corp. - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, April 04, 2016

Please provide proof of signed contract agreeing to the terms, payments and conditions as provided in subsequent invoicing sent to our office. What is made up about that? You cannot send unsubstantiated invoicing based on your own interpretation of what constitutes full payment. Genrus Corp does not have any signed agreement in place with A Value with regards to the aforementioned charges.

Why dont you just pay your bill ?

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Monday, April 04, 2016

Why go to such great lenghts to defend your self and make things up along the way ?  Simply put > your total bill is $1450. you only paid $550 so that leaves a balance of $900.  Why cant you pay your vendor ME ?  ....if you use our services > just like you provide a service or do work or a job for someone else....you expect to get paid in the end ...RIGHT ? Instead of coming up with every excuse in the book to thwart payment----  Its a 2 way street if you hadnt taken notice, your trust has been broken, and needs to be known. We dont work for free..... you wont get far continuing to do what you do.

Response to Accusations of A-Value Rent A Car Inc.

AUTHOR: Genrus Corp. - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, April 04, 2016

A-Value Rent A Car is making alleged, false allegations against Genrus Corp. due to its own inability to properly conduct a purchase order and invoicing system like most other competant businesses. A Value NEVER contacted Genrus' office with regards to the terms and conditions associated with the rental of their vehicle. Like Hertz, Enterprise, etc., you are required to sign a contract which clearly stipulates all terms and conditions, in particular any fees/fines associated with the late return of a vehicle. A majority if not all car/vehicle rental companies provide a courtesy to its clients for any services it does not feel fully rendered. The vehicle pictured here by A-Value Rent A Car is NOT the vehicle rented to Genrus Corp, but rather an upgraded, more aestethically pleasing picture than what was actually offered. Genrus Corp has since to date PAID A Value Rent a Car Inc., $550.00 as acknowledged and recorded on their own invoice, hence the notioon A Value Rent A Car Inc was never paid for services rendered is completely and unequivocally FALSE. Furthermore, Genrus offered A Value Rent A Car additional payments towards any additional balances owed, Genrus was simply not in agreement with the balances owed having never been presented the terms and conditions associated with any late fees and/or penalities assessed daily, weekly, monthly, etc. so as the customer, we are properly informed of the parameters with our agreement. Rather than communicate with Genrus Corp's office which is clearly listed on the businesscard and emails provided to "Steve", who has never provided his last name, "Steve" decided to negotiate a deal with one of Genrus' employees who is not authorized to finalize any agreements on behalf of Genrus Corp. Genrus Corp. did NOT rent any material, tools or equipment from A-Value Rent A Car, so their allegations regarding to our inability to pay for these items is entirely FALSE. A Value is attempting to defame Genrus Corp. over an excessive bill they are looking to force on Genrus without properly ascertaining all expenses with regards to cross referencing days of rental in comparison with the invoicing amount alleged by A Value Rent a Car. Genrus Corp must now seek damages against A Value Rent A Car for defamation of character, extortion, exploitation, fabrication, and the like.
