Not only have you read about how wayne craig CEO (CROOK of ENTIRE OPERATION) of GENUINE WARRANTY or warranties for wheels has defrauded people out of money on claims and refunds, but let me tell you what kind of scumbag you're dealing with. My name is Steve Mason, and I owned a company called halfpricewarranty. I was a reseller for Mr Craigs products. I would broker deals and purchase his products and sell them to the "end user".... well not only did He cheat me out of several thousand dollars in unpaid commissions, but when a company decided to pay directly to genuine, they took payments from both my company and the auto broker (who incidently that auto broker is now a dealer) Mr craig hid behind his employee KAREN TREFT for 6 months and now refuses to pay me my money. Its less than 10,000 but to a small company its a lot! After speaking with Mr Craig... His response was that I was a crook, and that I threatened him and his employees!!!!! you're d**n right I did. People should be held accountable for their actions. I gave WAYNE CRAIG the opportunity- I asked him if he thought he was right and I was wrong, then lets let the courts decide. I thought that was fair. I am willing to bring all the proof to the table.... is WAYNE CRAIG, KAREN TREFT, or GENUINE WARRANTY willing to? I asked simply for WAYNE CRAIG or KAREN TREFT to give me an address in which to bring him to court (because this scumbag hides behind different addresses phone numbers and corporate names and has for a long time) Well This scum made the mistake of calling me from his cell phone, so I will display it and if nothing maybe others will call him. I realize that we might not get our money but lets put him through some aggravation and make him change his number or maybe someone will track him down and teach him a lesson
