George Zepeda Jr. from the Fort Bend County, Richmond - Rosenberg area has owed me a $700.00 refund for over 6 weeks and I have not been able to get him to return the money.  He is in the stone and gravel business.   The invoice he gave me did not have a company name on it.  However it is the same George Zepeda Jr. that is mentioned in the previous complaint.

He has given me numerous excuses as to why he doesn’t have the money to pay me.  Please be very careful doing any kind of business with him and don’t give him any money up front.  I am going to have to file a lawsuit to get the money back.   He claims he is a Christian as the previous complaint stated, and I believed him at first.  Now with all the lies, excuses and deceptions I have experienced with him, I find it hard to believe.   Be very, very cautious with any business dealings with him.
