The owner of this company sells cheap shoes that although purported to be from Germany are really primarily from the Ukraine. She has complained about an employee with a disability not informing her of it before being hired, in violation of the ADA. She goes around the office saying that fat people are lazy and making bigoted remarks about jews, interracial couples and gays and lesbians, whom she compares to child molesters. She also commits tax fraud by shipping her personal purchases from high-end Manhattan boutiques to her warehouse in Maine to avoid New York City sales taxes and uses her warehouse staff to send them back to her (or her girlfriends, who are in on the action).
