getemeraldlux.com they automatically took money from my account with out permission after advertisment said only charges would be a differ set price Internet

On one of the local news sites that i use i seen them advertise that emerald lux offered a electronic cigeratte if paid the shipping. I read through the whole site and no where did it state any addtional charges except for the $4.95 shipping. Then here 3 weeks later i go to check my bank account and there is a charge for $114.00 to them that they did on their own.

It was never stated that there were going to be other charges on my card for this or i would not have done it. Im not happy and they dont seem concern that they have taken my car insurance money. And they had no right to just automatically take from my account with out my permission.
