I received a watch in the mail that I did not order.  When I called to return the item ( the same day I received it )  I was told that I had a forteen day trail period. I stated that should be no problem because I had received the item that day.  Thay looked up my account and then told me the 14 day trail period started whenthe item was shipped.  After requesting to talk to a supervisor I was told that none were available. Then they told me I could get a partial refund if I continued. I told them I wanted all the money back because I had not ordered the watch and that the trail period should still be in effect.  They cancelled my account.
