on 6/19/15 I ordered a 30-3/4 x 16  glass for my foggy window and a 16" sprial balance with screen.  I went with them since they said they could do it faster then other companies I had estimates from (2 weeks). I was told I had to pay half for the window now for them to order it.  I paid with a check and receipt was given.   After 2 weeks I did not get a call and the said the window was not in but as soon as it was they would give me a call they could not give me a timeframe at that time and said they were sorry it was not ready.  On 7/17/15 I received at call stating the window was in finally.  We set up an appointment for 7/24/15 for install. On 7/24/15 I got a call from the technichan who said he was on his way at 1130 am to install the window.  After waiting for him until 2:30 pm I called in which they said the technican called and came over at 1230pm but the window was wrong.  This did not occur as I was on the property until 3 pm that day.  After many conversations and being transferred and hung up on they said they would order a new window. On 8/6/15 they called and said the new window was in and set up install for 8/10/15.  On 8/8/15 I received a call cancelling because the new window was broken and they will now have to reorder the order again.  I left messages for the owner on 7/21/15 and 8/6/15 and never received a call back.  I called on 8/14/15 to cancel my order since a 2 week project has now turned into a 3 month project ( 2 months since orginal order and 4 more weeks for the 2nd replacement window).  I was told the owner would have to refund me my money that I paid for the window since I paid with a check and that he would call me.  I did not recive a call back from him again and I followed up on 8/17/15 at 8am and left another message for him to return my call by end of business on 8/18/15. He again did not return my call.   I have now wasted 2 months of time with them and still have a broken window!!!  I have now had to hire and pay another company to fix the window. 

I would like a refund for the amount I paid for the window since they were not able to furnish and fix the window as promised twice.  I am also deeply saden that the owner will not return my phone calls and discuss this matter with me. Shame on them for taking my money, Never producing the product, and then never calling back!
