I purchased precious metals from Stephen Peter Kelly of Global Crossoroads, INC. He was supposed to purchase and store my metals in a Depository but never did that. He cashed my checks but did not purchase or store my metals. I have filed a civil lawsuit against him. I am not the only person suing him for fraud.

RULING AGAINST STEPHEN PETER KELLY

On 6-13-17, a ruling was made against Stephen Peter Kelly by a judge in my civl lawsuit in the court of Long Beach. A judgement was passed against Stephen Peter Kelly for fraud and conversion. He basically outright stole my money. The Judge declared him a conman and a fraud. The court case should be available in the public doman soon.
