I ordered ugg boots for my granddaughter for Christmas via website have not received them I have contacted them several times via email have received no response. I want my money back. The cost was $50.19 and they took $54.81 from my bank account. There are several complaints against this company which I have included.

I ordered lego, payment has been taken out, no email was sent to confirm payment, nothing has arrived in the mail.

I ordered Lego from this company and got charged but still haven't received it yet.
Bank statement has CHANGXIU-EC on it
