Cheleste aka, Monica Marchetti is a convicted felon. She has also been sued by landlords, & clients for not living up to her obligations. She claims to be a 'Little Girl, in a Big World', but is a Self Centered, Self Indulgent, Old Women who is driving her self crazy. And she does it all with her customers down payments for home remodeling.

Don't buy from this company, they will steal your money. They don't complete jobs. They add on additional costs during the job, forcing you to pay, or to be stuck with an incomplete renovation. BEWARE.

I learned about her history too late to keep her from taking my money and not doing completed work that she is contracted to do. Ive seen others in the same position. They Constantly change phone numbers & company names as a means to hide from customers & workers, that they owe money too. First they come to your house, they gave you a quote about the total cost of the material & work. When you agree to the cost & install date. The workers would than show up, but their would be some or no material to work with. I would try to contact & kase 'CRYSTAL' (her foreman) & she would make some half a*s excuse on what is going on with my job, & when material would arrive to be installed. The day the project is done she shows up at my door demanding the final payment/money (not even an hour passed since the
people who installed the material left). To make matters worse 'CRYSTAL, GEORGE, CHELESTE' tries to scam the workers THEY hire, by telling them THEY cant pay them cause the customer hasnt payed.

This woman and her current husband, George Hanouf, who assists her theft, is very knowledgeable of the law and its limits (she was a licensed real estate broker who was sued for disreputable behavior and lost her license for not paying her dues). She got away with stealing from people by keeping the amount she stole low enough to keep from being prosecuted.

She and her staff, puts up bandit signs that are 'red and white', all over west Houston, and katy tx. She is on Craigslist Houston advertising 'guaranteed lowest price on granite'. Don't fall into her web of deceit. She will f*ck your soul.
