Go Green Auto Centers under the leadership of David Giuffrida has become a complete ponzi scheme. The vision of the company is very credible and reputable so to the Repair Shop owner it appears to be a company formed to help and not hurt. The Go Green Locator is a tool to attract new business opportunites to the existing Green shops but one or two calls down the list will show no one has recieved hybrid business due to miss allocation of funds for drugs and hookers from the CEO David Guiffrida. This post is to help people realize what kind of evil can exist behind a great idea. One look at the accounting will show a CEO who is taking money out for women and drug problems and not paying for SEO or advertising bills to attract customers to shops in need of business.

The only good that has came out of Go Green Auto Centers is the vision that a company like this does need to emerge and it has planted the seeds to do so. The training is elementary the marketing is non existent money is owed to every investor and worker who ever stepped foot into Go Green. This is an attempt to any future employee or Repair shop owners across the country who consider coming on board. Dont believe me call references other than the ones given to you! The first shops paid close to 10k they still do not have their safety equipment. Funds are taken from one to give to another no hybrid business is provided...The core of talent who built the company is no longer working there instead heroin addicts shoot up with the CEO in the back while smoking cigarettes.

#4 UPDATE EX-employee responds

CEO David Giuffrida of Go-Green Auto is a felon

AUTHOR: mlevy - ()

POSTED: Sunday, September 22, 2013

The CEO of Go-Green Auto Centers has a felonious past that is destined to repeat itself:

Suffolk nabs fraud perpetrators

Suffolk District Attorney James M. Catterson Jr. announced the arrest of  David N. Giuffrida, 34, of 109 Josephine Drive, Wading River; Frank C.  Giuffrida, 40, of 68 Chestnut S., Setauket; and Steven P. Giuffrida, 38, of 66  Chestnut St., Setauket following an 11-month investigation on numerous charges  of grand larceny and scheme to defraud.

The felony complaints allege that the three brothers engaged in a scheme out  of their Bohemia warehouse whereby they advertised in major newspapers across  the United States for the sale of automated business centers for use in hotels  and motels. The equipment  –  including computers, faxes and copiers  –  was  intended to attract walk-in customers who would then be charged a fee for their  use. Five victims allegedly paid as much as $15,000 for the units, but none were  delivered.

The perpetrators advertised in newspapers including the New York Times, the  Boston Globe, the San Francisco Examiner, the San Francisco Chronicle, the  Arizona Republic, the Grand Rapids (Mich.) Press and the Raleigh (N.C.)  News.

David N. Giuffrida is charged with five counts of grand larceny third degree  and one count of scheme to defraud first degree. He was arraigned before Suffolk  County District Court Judge Patrick A. Sweeney in Central Islip on June 10, and  is ordered to appear again on Aug. 10.

CEO David N Giuffrida is a fraud

AUTHOR: mlevy - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, September 18, 2013

I am an affiliate of the GO GREEN AUTO network, and over the course of 9 months dealing with David Giuffrida, most if not all of the Go Green constituents have not received ANY educational materials, signage, support, et cetera.  This is nothing more than a ponzi scheme and DAVID GIUFFRIDA is an ex convict (felon) that's once again making attempts in fleecing hard working businesspeople out of their money.  Call their corporate office yourself at six three one,six eight two, seven zero nine zero.  David Giuffrida will answer , and you can ask him in person why it is that he's running a complete scam.  95% of GO GREEN's employee base has left due to realizing the illegal, fraudulant ways of David Giuffrida.  Their facebook and website is defunct and inoperational.  The "management" section has no information about it's "CEO", because he doesnt wish for anyone to know anything about him or his felonious past scamming the public.  This individual must be stopped.

FALSE ACCUSATIONS- ARRESTS MADE

AUTHOR: Management - ()

POSTED: Thursday, September 12, 2013

The first claimant titled "Ponzi scheme" was an ex-salesman, using a fictious name, who was fired from GGAC for admission of drug use, and a dark, covered past. It was discovered that this salesman committed larceny against this company by stealing monies from customers by forging checks. He was arrested on September 10, 2013 by the Suffolk County Police Department, by complaint from Go-Green Auto Centers, LLC.  By filing this report, it was his "revenge" to damage the company, as he stated he would do. Clearly this report is defamation and he is now faced with not only criminal charges, but, civil as well. Corporate attroneys are gathering information to begin defamation lawsuit against him and others.

The second comment, following the same suit from the first undesirable, made by "Vogelbilt" is now being taken under advisement by the corporate attorneys to file a defamation lawsuit. Vogelbilt was never an "original founding member" of Go-Green, rather, the president of Vogelbilt was seeking a job that was not available within the organization. Monies, stock, or otherwise were never promised, nor earned. Vogelbilt and its President can not produce such documents nor supporting evidence. At the time, the President of Vogelbilt was an adjunk professor in the State University system and was subsequently terminated from his position. Cause for termination was not available.  This is a clear case of on-going "sour grapes" and "jealousy" as defined by the on-going assault and slander by this party. It will be dealt with legally.

In general, we have satisfied customers, and oustanding netwrok of shops that are extremely satisifed with our training programs that incude "online" and "hands-on" training and are rapidly becoming the nations leader in hybris training and the brand name for service across the USA. Testimonials, and references are available!

Go Green Auto Centers ponzi scheme

AUTHOR: Vogelbilt - ()

POSTED: Friday, August 09, 2013

As one of the original founders of this company in my opinion I agree.  I left this company as fast as I could. I resigned from my position at Go Green on April 26, 2011 after becoming aware of what, in my opinion, were certain improprieties in business conduct by Go Green Auto Centers that I wanted no part of. Public records shows the CEO had a past felony record. I never received a dime from this company, nor stocks as promised. In retrospect I am glad I have no ties to this company.
