We purchased a toner cartridge from this company,, in August 2012.  The toner received from them was defective.  The toner left streaks that covered the whole page.  We exchanged for another one.  The second toner was worse than the first one.  We sent back the second one and ask for refund.  Almost two months have passed, and we still haven't received the refund for the defective toner.
