GoFlow Plumbing & AC Lied about doing an emergency repair Pasadena Texas

  I called GoFlow Plumbing & AC about a water main leak at my house on Friday 9/10/2021. They came out and said they could do it that day so I told another company that I wouldn't need their services. The GoFlow person said he had to go get a tool at their warehouse and would be right back to do the job. He called later and said the tool was checked out and could do the job the next morning (Saturday).

I waited quite awhile and he called and told me he couldn't do the job Saturday, but could now do it Monday. I have a massive water leak and need it fixed immediately, not days later. Now the other contractor is busy and can't do the job either. I will never use GoFlow ever again and would not recommend them to anyone.
