GOLDS GYM CANTON GA. forged personal training agreement /excess fund draft CANTON Georgia

Gym drafted a total of (2) extra p/t payments totalling 560.00 which was blamed on an upgrade in the software. Steve in the Canton location was given the documentation and was in agreement about the over charge. Notice was given as well to terminate the p/t contract within the guidelines of the contract. Copies were left with the mgt at the Canton location. A follow up call was placed and we were informed that the copy was recieved. Credit card statements were left for their review as well. We were also told that a 2nd p/t contract was set to begin 1 month later per agreement on file. We questioned the validity of the contract and was told that the previuos Mgr of the gym forged many documents and that they were trying to clean them up! Steve, at the Canton location, said that this was definitely not the first time that this had occurred at this location. All info was forwarded to their so called cooperate office(another location) to James Brussard for review. After denying that a copy of the cancellation didn't exist, finally a copy was found . Initially, only one payment was to be credited after coversation. After threatning, and I did say threatning to take 560.00 worth of equipment out the front door, suddenly, the other over charge was found! I was actually " thrown out" of the Kennesaw location by Mr. Brussard, he tough guy weasel!, but seemingly calm and polite, I left the building... The 2nd p/t contract was in fact signed by the former mgr in Canton, as was admitted by Steve at the Canton location... He was professional and brutally honest.. Thanks! Gym is great place to train, but the mgt is up against fierce competition in the industry and will do anything to be underhanded in their financial dealings, period. Simply said, they are the reason Gyms are not allowed to report to credit reporting agencies ... So your turn to screw them!!!!
