After signing up years and years back, Goleads.com billed me for several years at $80.00 per month for 1000 leads per month.  I did not use my leads, but expected I was building credits (1000 leads/month) so I could use them for mailing at some point in the future. 

I found out that their new policy was to make these lead limits expire like cellphone minutes.

In 2013, when I logged in to find out that I had nothing more than 1000 leads where I should have had 20,000 plus, so I called in August of 2013.  The salesman told me they would make good and credit my account for as many months I had been billed.  We exchange emails about it.

As we left it off, all I needed to do was call back when the time was right for me to do a mailing.

I recently logged in as of Jan 2014, to find out they had not honored the agreement and there were not notations on my account about it, as the salesman had guaranteed, and was ultimately told by the "new owner" after calling several times, that he would only give me 3 months credit after years of paying them $80 per month.  They didn't even do that. 

When I logged in, I was getting just 1000 leads.  Bottom line, I paid 1000s of dollars for just 1000 leads, and they refuse to make good.

I have been completely ripped off for $1,000s of dollars.  I have never been ripped off to this degree in my life for any service or goods I purchased.  It's tanked my business by eating away a massive chunck of my advertising and marketing budget.  

I'll be calling the AG of Nebraska to follow up about them and their business practices.
