Goodwill Industries ripoff, kicked out of store, rude managers, I have seen Goodwill employees take customer donations for themselves. Clovis California

I have seen Goodwill employees take customer donations for themselves or hide them until their shifts are over so they can purchase them. Or just put them behind the counter for themselves. When I ask if I can see soemthing, they say it's for them to purchase. I have seen an employee let the current cashier go to break and take over the register so she can help her family, who she herself has called "mom" or "auntie" in my presence. And just lets them walk right out with the items.

A lot of their items are from Target and they go through the items and take for themselves. Items like cameras, cell phones, dvd players and anything that is in good working condition.

A manager and an employee are cousins. Which I heard from a young girl going up to the employee, who was her sister and asking for thier cousin the manager.

My mother asked a manager about purchasing some tennis balls and the manager rudely said they were not for sale and threw them in the back room and said that's the end of that to my mother. All she had to say was they are not for sale and leave it at that.

Then next weekI went in and I was asked to leave although I had not argued with anyone. When I calle headquarters the lady I spoke to was very rude to me and she hung up on me although I was not being rude to her.

I have never seen a handicap person working in either of the two locations, which are the people they are supposely there to help.

I used to donate there, but I no longer will due to this treatment. Nor will I shop there. They are big frauds and higher ups should go in and restructure this location!
