Goodyear Their rebate offer on tire purchase was a total crock of lies!!! Petal Mississippi

In December of 2005 I bought a brand-new set of goodyear tires, the triple tread radials good for 80,000 miles because I travel a lot, and I have always purchased from Goodyear. The rep gave me some papers to fill out for a $40 rebate, so I filled them out and submitted them.

Some weeks passed and I never heard anything and after a few more weeks, I completely forgot about it. So, roughly 3 months ago (after a 3 year lapse) I get a letter from Goodyear Redemption Center saying the check they sent me has never cleared their account and I need to fill out this form explaining why. I marked the box that said I never received a check from them and to please re-issue the check, then put the form in the mail.

Well, here it is 3 months later, almost 3 years to the date I purchased the tires and still no rebate check....it can't be a problem with the postal delivery system because I did receive their letter 3 months ago !!!!!

Now, it is almost time to buy another set of tires, but you can bet the farm those tires will NOT be purchased from Goodyear !! I only buy from people who desire and respect my business.
