Gordon D Hamilton, FCAA Board Member, sued for abuse of process Financial and Consumers Affair Authority - Saskatchewan Ministry of Justice Regina SK

McDougall Gauley LLP, partner, and Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority Board Member, Gordon D Hamilton, publicly complains about how others abuse the process in Saskatchewan. However, the most ironic fact is that no one else that Gordon alleges abused process is actually charged with abuse of process, EXCEPT Gordon D Hamilton. Gordon D Hamilton has a lawsuit against him  and  is facing abuse of process charges. If one looks at the facts such as legal proceedings, one sees that it is Gordon D Hamilton that is currently facing and dealing with abuse of process charges and not the people he alleges were abusing process. Ironically, none of the people that Gordon D Hamilton publicly complains about allegedly abusing the process have ever been charged with abuse of process. Just Gordon D Hamilton has been, of which he is currently facing legal proceedings for. Just look up the court file QBG 1950/14, in Saskatchewan, and there it is....Hamilton's legal woes for abuse of process.

Gordon D Hamilton, in our opinion, is one of the reasons for the problems with misconduct in government public office, and his actions against many, were a direct violation of their Charter Rights. In our opinion, once again, the impartiality and arrogance of Gordon D Hamilton, shows that he had to be sued in court, by third parties, before he will even think about addressing the truth, the whole truth, despite the many proven allegations against him. Rage and denial is all the victims are getting from Gordon D Hamilton and the Saskatchewan Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority. That needs to change and it will soon, through the courts of law. If Gordon D Hamilton and the Saskatchewan Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority want to enforce the laws/legislations of this land, then they themselves must also be bound by them.
