Goyal MG Gases Private Limited A fraud Company, engaged in crime of fraud and cheating, Beware of this company Mathura Road, New Delhi, India

Goyal MG Gases Private Limited (GMG) is a fraud company. Its CMD Suresh Chandra Goyal is one of great cheaters in the world. There are so many cases of fraud is pending against him and his company. They used to go in agreement with other people and companies and always avoid to perform their duties after getting money from those parties and start blackmailing based on the clauses of agreement.

This bloody company entered in to an agreement with Ind Synergy Limited (ISL) for establishment of Gas plant on BOO basis and took 78 Lacs as security deposit. The plant was to be commissioned in the month of May 2009 as per agreement and after commissioning of plant GMG was entitled to fixed facility charge of Rs. 26 Lacs per month. They started to producing cheques in bank from the May 2009. (60 pos adted cheques for Rs. 26 Lacs was provided by ISL at the initial stage as per agreement).

But the fact was no any major equipments were sent by them at the site till that date. ISL issued stop payment instruction to bank and informed GMG to commission the plant and take fixed facility charge.

Major equipment i.e. Cold Box sent by them to ISL site on 25.1.2010. Which was found scrape in examination. ISL sent various reminders that they facing loss in out side purchase of gases but GMG did not started erection works. Being aggrieved ISL file a police complaint against the company and all directors of the company. When police went to Delhi all the directors of GMG absconded from Delhi with their families. Police waited for 9 days and regularly raided to their probable destinations. But did not succeeded.

Now wait and watch what result comes. Whether police could arrest that type of frauds or not.
