The owners of Grace Resources ( James Norvell and Billy Marcum) are currently defrauding oil and gas investors. DO NOT INVEST WITH GRACE RESOURCES.
James Norvell raised over 8 million dollars in 2014 and has illegally used investors money to purchase assets for himself and Billy Marcum, instead of drilling wells for his investors. He also bought himself a house and paid cash for it(half a million dollars).
Over 1.2 Million dollars of the money that Grace Resources paid Billy Marcum to drill wells for investors IS MISSING AND UNACCOUNTED FOR. Due to this they were unable to get K1's for 2014 to their investors before April 15,2015.
Instead of Grace Resources filing lawsuit against Billy Marcum for missappropriation of funds, embezzling, fraud, etc.- Bruce Turner, Grace's in-house attorney, and James Norvell, owner of Grace Resources, have decided to cover up the missing money by raising more money( ROBBING PETER TO PAY PAUL).
Grace Resources has never filed Reg D exemption with the SEC and has illegally raised money from their sales office in Richardson, Texas.

I, Michael Merlo, am a former employee of Grace Resources, and am the author responsible for this Ripoff Report. The statements are untrue. I submitted this report under a fake email address melvin.crain@yahoo.com. I am voluntarily retracting the false statements against James Norvell, Billy Marcum, Bruce Turner, Grace and any of its employees, affiliates, and associates:
1. Grace, James Norvell, Billy Marcum, and Bruce Turner have not defrauded investors.
2. James Norvell and Billy Marcum are not joint owners of Grace.
3. James Norvell and Billy Marcum have not used investor money for themselves to purchase assets.
4. $1,200,000 of investors money paid to Grace is not missing and unnaccounted for.
5. Bruce Turner is not Grace's in-house attorney.
6. Bruce Turner and James Norvell did not decide not to sue Billy Marcum for misappropriating funds and instead raise more funds. Billy Marcum is currently drilling wells for Grace.
