We purchased a membership in Grand Crowne Leisure Vacation Club in 2003. On the way home from Branson, we realized that we had gotten taken and called immediately to cancel the contract knowing that there was a 72 hour Buyer's Remorse law. We called American Express to cancel payment.
We eventually were told that there was nothing that could be done and that we had to pay the $3400 dollars charged to our account.
We thought that we were the only suckers, until we found Ripoff Report.
If a class action suit is filed against this company, we would like to be included as damaged by this unethical and corrupt company.
We will never return to Branson. Our advise to friends is "Stay away from Branson." So if the Governor, State Attorney's Office, and Chamber of Commerce allow this kind of business to flourish in Branson, I hope people follow our advise.

Buyer's remorse is not a rip-off. You willingly signed that contract. Own up to your responsibilities per the LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT you signed, and next time THINK before you ACT.
