My husband and I bought into Grandcrowne Leisure in 2004 and have only used it one time to book a cruise. Little to find out if we would have shopped around we could have gotten it cheeper. Every other time we have traveled we have done all of our own booking and reservations. I have called to book flights, hotels etc and they have told me if you have a computer you can find the same deals we find....WHAT???

This is a total rip off so people read up before you get caught up. It all seems so good when they are telling you about it, how much money you will save, all the bennifits etc..etc..etc.. They have gotten rich off of poor folk like us. Your total cost will pay for its self when you travel?? All Lies!!! Thousands of dollars you pay for NOTHING!!

My husband and I can be counted in if there ends up being a class action suite filed against this company. Count us in...

This surprise is hog wash, I did call um and told them how upset we were and how I felt that we had been taken, but I am sure they don't have any of those conversaations. The free cruise we booked "FREE" cost us 780.00 and the second cruise we booked was my fault as I should have checked on it myself as we would have gotten our family reunion cheeper by do it myself. Oh yea and I forgor about the airline tickets I tried to book and the agent told me they do the same thing on the internet that I could do so it might be faster if I went on line mysef and did it. and THANK GOD I did, I saved a total of 14.00, and the same conversation with a booking of a hotel.

Of corse everyone that has filed a Rip-off report has tried to contact Grand Crowne but they will never admit to it.

Our company is surprised by these member's comments, since they have never previously sent a complaint to us for review and we have never had the opportunity to try and address their concerns; therefore, we do not feel it is fair they posted these comments without giving us a chance to assist them with their concerns. Our records indicate they have made airfare, cruise and hotel bookings using their membership benefits. Our agents provided prompt and courteous service to these requests. At no time during any of the conversations with our travel agents did they express any dissatisfaction with the quotes offered. At this time, we encourage them to contact our company to discuss their concerns.
