Granite Legal System Bad Collection Practices Houston Texas

Our firm was forced to use Granite for document collections by one of our clients. Although they came out to us very quickly one of their staff members was very talkative to the point that nobody was looking forward to working with them.

They were in our offices for about 3 days and it was torture to have to put up with the unprofessional-ism of a motor mouth. The worst part of the experience was after they collected the data one of our vendors finally received the data. During document review we found that many of our files was collected but we couldn't find them in the repository. We could find some that was in the system but others that where in the same directory was either missing, corrupt of had been converted without our consent.

The collection practices they use are questionable and I fear could cause Sanctions on us. They do not treat every file like it's a smoking gun and some files it is clear that they have made modifications to them when by law they are not to modify. Of course it's always someone esles fault with them and never theirs. Do not use this company for data collections. They do not know what they are doing.
