this com. say they have a cd for 3.95 that will tell you all about the grant you give your credit information and they charge you 3.95 plus you do not get the cd also a few day's later your account is charged 74.95. I call and call but all I get is a busy signal. I looked on line I think snoops and it tells me it is a scam I'm not the only person who got scamed
