Graphios Inc. uncovered check Elk Grove Illinois

I got an email before 2 days before New Years Eve from Cobalt EDI from Elk Grove Village in IL to produce 10 ft by 4 ft vinyl cut decals from an individual by Tony Spatola.
Since we never had any problems with payments from anyone before i produced the rush order signs in good faith and also delivered for him. Tony Spatola paid with a check that had no cover.

I’m filling this because one very good friend of mine in a similar business after telling him about the incident realized it is the same individual that owed him approximately $15.000 under a different company name...he basically keeps changing his company name when someone files a court order or something of that sort.

Companies like COBALT EDI should be penalized and the names of individuals such as Tony Spatola running a business with such low morale should be advertised so this won’t happen to other good people out there working hard for the community.

Anyone out there intending to do business with COBALT EDI should be aware of that and refuse working with Tony Spatola simply out of integrity or morale.
