That sounds like a fantastic automobile, doesn't it!!! That was back on the first of April 2008. I purchased the vehicle and had it shipped to Alabama via truck. The first thing that I noticed when it arrived were the dings and dents in the left rear door and fender. The car was unloaded in a nearby shopping center and I drove it two miles to our home. That was when I noticed that the engine was running very rough as though there was water in the gas. The check engine light light came on almost immediately.

The next item that came to my attention was the switch for the rearview mirrors, it was broken off so that I could not adjust the mirrors. Next, my daughter informed me that the cup holder in the back seat was broken and the leather seat on the passenger side was torn.

By this point in time, I am very disappointed in my purchase and getting more angry by the minute. The pictures that accompanied the e-Bay advertisment convieniently failed to show any of these problem areas on the vehile and when I asked Devin Eckels about the condition of the vehicle over the phone, I was told that it was just as the pictures showed.

It is now April 22, 2008. As I write this report the vehicle is back at the Jeep dealer for the second time, because they haven't found the problem with the engine. They are now replacing sensors on the engine and the cost is piling up daily (over $500 now). I have had the dents removed at a cost of $200. The broken rearview mirror switch was $186 plus tax and the cup holder was a mear $87.... Altogether I have spent, or will have spent in excess of $1000 on this fantastic vehicle and I still can't drive it.

In addition; Their e-bay add speaks of an XM ready radio, that is not installed on this vehicle and the remainder of a factory warranty that only cost me another $150 to have transferred into my name.
