Great Lakes Auto Sales the rip-off Roselle Illinois

I bought a used car without a warranty "as is" and within a week I had to replace the radiator $350.00, the power steering hose $80.00. Also, My Water pump broke $ 370.00 within a month and a half. I need to recharge the air conditioning also. I paid $4750.00 for the used car( $5200.00 total w/ taxes) and I asked the sales person twice if the car was dependable and did not need major repairs.

The car salesman stated the car was well taken care of and that only the power steering had a problem. They took off $100.00 off the car's sale price for the power steering repair. I have written an e-mail to the company and I have called several times. No one returns my call. I stopped by the dealer twice and the "owner" was in a meeting or stepped out.

Customer service after buying the car, sucks! I have given them a chance to talk with me, they don't care. I will never recommend anyone to buy a car from this dealer, due to their habit of advoiding their customers after buying a car. They also lied about the cars dependabilty.
