Green Brook Pontiac Gmc Hummer came in to refiance car worth 12,000 leaving with them scaming me with 20,000 in dept Green Brook New Jersey

As the owner of Green Brook Pontiac Buick Gmc Hummer I would like to respond to Aldijana's complaint: In November 2006 Aldijana's brother wanted a new Hummer......his credit was so bad that he could not get one in his name. Aldigana wanted to help so she applied to lease one in her name. She now has 2 vehicles in her name and her brother was to pay for one while she refinanced her current vehicle (toyota) to get some cash from her equity. She asked for 4,000 and received it. It made her owe an extra 4,000 + tax (which was incorrectly done)........as soon as I found out that she was wrongly charged for the tax and tag fees I gave her a check back for approximately 1600 to correct the mistake. So her refinanced vehicle now had 5600 extra dollars attached to it that she had received in cash. Keep in mind the state would not refund us for her tax. We are still out that money. In the mean time her brother let the Hummer repossess. It was in her name. When she came in a year later to refinance her Toyota she now had a repossion in her name from her brother. So the lenders refused to refinance the toyota again. I even offered to give her an addition 4000 to help her trade or refinance but the lenders refused because of the repossion. Keep in mind that she now has a total of 5600 in cash that she has spent and that money increased her payoff. That is why she is so upset. Her credit has been severly damaged and she owes 5600 more than she should on her toyota.

Each year we are awarded the Dealer of the year award, (the highest award a automobile dealer can win), we are awarded the Master dealer award, a leaders of distinction award to name a few. We go the extra mile to help our customers. We are not perfect but we always make any effort to correct a mistake. We would still make an effort to help Aldijana if her credit was good enough to get another vehicle. We are sorry her brother put her in this position. We are sorry she cannot account for or saved the 5600 she was given in cash. Her salesman told her we could refinance her car if she paid her payments on time and if the lenders approved her. That did not work out because of the repossession of the Hummer. I am available for any questions or idea's to help her.
