I loaded My entire check onto my new green dot platinum card and it is not there. They said they will investigate but could take 7-14 days. That is unacceptable. This is my money i gave It to a a cashier and she loaded it to card. Why is it lost in the web world. They basically could have cared less they left me with no money!
