Green Tree Servicing Lying, deceit, heartless, dirty, nasty, unorganized, thiefs Palatine, Illinois

My mother passed away,who was co-owner of my house. I applied for a hardship modification loan,Green Tree accepted the application. As months went by,I was told my request was in management. Meanwhile, I'm struggling to make my bills(house,car,insurance,etc.).When I thought I was about to get the modification,I was told "that person quit and we have no record of your request".I had to start the process over not one,but three times.

A year later, I was told I did not qualify for the loan. At this point my credit cards were max. out, I could not do it no more. It was to the point it was either the house or my car.Along with my mom passing,my hours were out at my job,no more overtime. I stop making the house payments and then Green Tree got nasty. I would get calls at my work harassing 4 or 5 times a day.

When I tried to reason with these people, their Financial Manager got  rude and obnoxious. I finally had it,mentally and phyically..In July of last year,I put the house up for sale . My realtor Nena Jordan who has 25 years experience was appalled of how they conducted business. The so called Financial Manager again was rude,Ms. Jordan demanded to speak to her Manager,she hung up on Ms Jordan.

I had purchased their insurance lead to believe, a percentage of my house would be paid off at my mothers death,to my surprise that was not going to happen. the insurance would pay if the death was accentual.  I sold my house in a short sale in January,I still owe a percentage on the balance.  I had rather deal with the I.R.S then Green Tree. They are the greediest people there is.
