Green Tree Rip Off from my bank account and now their working on the insurance Rapid City South Dakota

My problem started with making a over the telephone payment (at this time they were Conseco), the office I reached was Arizona. I made my 631.50 payment, but they also took out someone else's payment of 683.94 from my bank account at the same time.

I didn't realize it until about a week later. I made several calls all over the USA, SD, SC, MO and AZ. of course no one could help me. After two weeks I went to my bank and filled out forms to let them collect my money. Then Green Tree says they never got the money, they didn't even believe the bank, alot of three way calls, faxes, I got the _ _ _ _ end of the deal.

It took about 8 months, with the threats of foreclouser because they said my payments were running 30 days behind after they gave me the money back, they wanted me to pay them back the money they just returned. I ended up putting payments on the end and losing money because they never believed the bank or the statements right in front of their eyes. They have cause me alot of stress and I hate the rude people there.

Now Im getting the problems of the insurance, first they wanted a copy of the insurance I have, which is better and cheaper then theirs. My agent sent it. Then a week later they said I had a gap in my insurance, another lie, they wanted $179.00, I had my insurance company send them another copy of policy and a letter stating I had no gap in my policy. Now just this Saturday I get another letter in the mail stating that I owe them 944.00 and it will be on my next statement for insurance. I have no idea of what this next game they are playing with me will be.

They know that I do not have money for attorneys and continue to harass me. My loan pay off is also much more than what I borrowed, they stated it was points. I never hear of points and it that was so why wasn't it stated in my loan. I would like to get something done against these people and their evil ways.
