Green World Cleaners has lost 5 of my shirts which were brought in to be cleaned on April 28, 2015. The cleaning bill was paid for up front $13.24. I kept coming to the establishment for 3 weeks until they finally told me they had LOST my shirts. They told me that if they could not find the shirts, they would pay for them. I brought them in my shirt receipts. Total of $934.00. They said they had to wait for their insurance company. Then they said they would pay me $10.00 a shirt! They never even paid me back for the cleaning service which they did not fulfill. Every time I went in to the establishment they gave me a different persons name. When I would call and ask for that person the phone call would be disconnected. I sent them a certified letter on May 16 2015. To date there has been no response from them at all.
