This company did most of the new construction homes in my neighborhood. I had them bid on my yard. I had several changes to my original estimate at my own descretion.

Before recieving an final estimate they had started working on my yard. They completed the job in 2 days. They installed a sprinkler system and set up my bacyard for grass to grow. They also were supposed to fix a dip in the front yard.

When they came out and looked at it they told me that they would drive a tractor through part of my established lawn, but they would fix it. Well I have tractor ruts in my lawn that used to be level, there is grass there, but my lawnmower needs to be about an 2 inches of the ground to mow it now.

They used mostly sand on my backyard and the water ran down the ruts and washed away the seed and the sand. Then I have another part that has a rut about 6 inches deep that you can't see because the grass covers it. A great place to sprain an ankle. This rut goes about 10-20 feet.

The total for the job was $3700 dollars. I told them that I wanted them to finish the job before I paid him. I emailed him a list of concerns, which he fixed one. They are in my neighborhood or nearby neighborhoods weekly and have done nothing.

Now they are threatening to send me to collections after I sent them a check for $3000 and told them to fix the rest to get the rest of the money.

I never had an estimate before the work was started and never even signed any estimate. I don't mind paying them, but I want my lawn completed.

Do not use this company!!!!! They will not return calls or emails and although they say "your yard is our reputation" on their cards, it does not mean a good reputation.
