Greentreeloans on the internet at greentreeloans.net promises loan and actually fed ex documents to be notorized. Must pay 200.00 for documents then fed ex to Global Financial Services in Costa Rica. I have tracking #s and the name of the loan agent is david norris. Needless to say, I never got the loan. From previous rip off reports I believe this is the same operation that was 1st payday advance. Also, a loan web site called lastchance loans is identical to this site in every way!!
