I was awarded my mobile home due to divorce. Original contract with Conseco Finance was in husband's name. I continued to pay the mortgage even after my husband moved out.
According to the divorce degree the title to the mobile home is to be transferred to me. I cannot get the title registered in my name until Green Tree changes the name on the account.
Green Tree refuses to return correspondence and has even quit sending statements to me on the account. Last one received was May, 2004.
