Slumlord Landlord (“GREENWIN INC.”) retaliates against a Tenant who reported the Landlord’s negligence of property-wide Health and Safety Code compliance to the regulatory authorities. Six-months after the CITY OF TORONTO Inspectors issued an “Order to Comply” against the Landlord (GREENWIN INC.) the "Landlord" was finally “Charged with a Provincial Offense” by the CITY OF TORONTO for its ridiculous Code compliance delay tactics and its wilful negligence of Health & Safety.

Attempting to avoid its legal liability to the Tenant for the protracted “Unfit for Habitation” housing conditions, to render the Tenant homeless and motivate “turnover” for an increase in rent opportunity, the Landlord (“GREENWIN INC.”) then fabricated the allegation of “Non-Payment of Rent” to frame and illegally evict the Tenant.

Although the Tenant provided evidence at the LTBO “Hearing” to show that he always delivered his Rent Cheques on time, “naming the only ‘Payee’ stipulated upon the Lease”, the LANDLORD AND TENANT BOARD – Ontario completely disregarded the evidence before it, accepted the Landlord's false allegations as facts and knowingly issued a fraudulent “Order” for “Termination” claiming that the Tenant had made his rent cheques payable to the "wrong Payee” name and that he “confessed to a cheque going NSF”, etc.

The Tenant has since filed an “Appeal” with the Divisional Court hoping to be properly accorded the "Principles of Natural Justice" and the substantive "Rule of Law" thereby (i.e. "innocent until proven guilty"), however the alleged "Appeal" avenue for Tenants entirely excludes a review of "Errors of interpretation of Evidence". Will the "Sheriff's Office" actually honour the "STAY" (halting the enforcement of the fraudulent "LTBO Order" pending the Appeal) which it duly received on June 22, 2018 @ 2:41 PM EST, or will the "Sheriff's Office" also unlawfully cater to the Landlord's plan to rob the Tenant of all his belongings as a sick punishment?

Why would the LANDLORD AND TENANT BOARD – Ontario be covering-up the Landlord’s shady scheme of clearing cheques payable to “GREENWIN INC.” through a (non-party/payee) “MERKUR PROPERTIES” (SCOTIABANK) Bank Account when “MERKUR PROPERTIES” is not named anywhere upon the Lease and there appears to be “No Record Found” of such “company” having a “Registered Legal Name”?.

How are Tenants protected when the LTBO is endorsing the Landlord’s use of a “Fictitious Payee” and “Non-Party/Payee” name for the clearing of rental payments, which act is a clear indication of liability avoidance, hiding assets (“fraudulent conveyance”) and money laundering behaviours?

Could the flagrant and institutionalized abuse of low-income Tenants Rights by the LANDLORD AND TENANT BOARD - Ontario, who appear to be wholly invested in catering to the grotesque whims of wealthy Landlords, be the root cause of the Toronto Housing Crisis (skyrocketing Rents and soaring Homeless rates)?

Are the QC Lawyers and corrupt Bureaucrats paving the way for an unconscionable Grenfell Tower type tragedy in Canada?
