A person is posting ads all over craigslist and other sites looking to rip off writers and photographers for their work. They attempt to get you to send photos and write-ups before sending a final contract. Definitely attempting to steal intellectual property.

This is an incorrect report. I am Greg Perrin. I work for a reputably travel website. I would let anyone see the final release before sending any photos. We put the photos on the release so there is an accurate visual representation of what each photo looks like. It doesn't matter if they do it, or I do it, the photos need to be on there. I offer to do it cause the gig is unpaid so I figure why make a person make releases when they aren't getting paid anyway. I, would actually prefer they make the releases cause its less work for me. The person just got upset that its an unpaid gig, even though it said plain as day in the ad that it was just for photo credit and bylines. I wish this person the best and good luck to them, but I dont appreciate false accusations being made against me. Sorry for trying to do some of the work for you and take some of the burden off of your back, sheesh.
