I recently ate at this restaurant and it was the most pathetic dining experience of my life!  Furthermore, I am never spiteful and am going to this extreme because I want others to now how bad this place is and how little they respect their customers. 

My reason for this opinion is because I went with my family to eat at this restaurant a few weeks ago for a special occasion.  Upon being seated, we waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes and were told that our food had not even been started.  The manager was a complete joke and I actually watched as three tables around us got up and walked out without the manager even trying to intervene!  He then brushed me off as I asked him what was going on and told me, as he had the others customers who were leaving, that it was very busy and to be patient before walking away from me.

So, I waited for five more minutes and went to the manager for an answer.  He told me that he would buy my family's meal but at this point it had not been started yet! Remember, over 1 hour and thirty minutes had gone by!  The manage then gave me gift cards to come back but our night was ruined and we left defeated with a concilation prize for coming out.

I am writing now because I was blown off when I wrote the corporate email- and want others to know how bad they suck!  I didn't want a free meal, I wanted the organization to make an apology and fix the problem...     

and they again showed that do not respect their customers, their time, money, or reputation as a restaurant!
