I have used groupon for the last year and a half offering a deal my company can afford which put over$15,000 into groupons pocket and netted me approx $22,000 after all expenses have been accounted for.
Groupon contacted me to run another groupon which i had no problem doing until they told me I had to increase my offer which in turn would increase their revenue and decrease mine.I know my business and knew enough not to put myself in a position that i could not afford.Unfortunately groupon did not care if my business was negatively impacted by the deal they suggested as they told me they would not run the same "successful"deal, it needed to be increased in order to sell more groupons.
I had to decline in order not to become part of the group of companies that have been destroyed by groupons poor and inaccurate information and recommendation.

My advice is you need to tell any of these internet marketing companies what you can afford as you know your company better than anyone and if they can work within your guidelines you should do it however when they are telling you how to run your business you need to tell them "GOODBYE".
Lxxxx sxxxx is much more accommodating and understanding than groupon.I have sold more lxxxxx sxxxx (((REDACTED))) offers than the exact groupon offer.
Groupon is like a snake, they see you succeeding with their product so they try to bite you to get more of your profit.
