Growthink.com private placement?
growthink's private placement memorandum 'division' is not good. There is no attorneys that review the documents. I showed the PPM to my securities attorney and he literally tore it up and said i would be sued if i gave it to investors. My attorney likes to charge $30k for a PPM, but growthink's fee was half this, thats why i went with them. There business plans are good, but i feel that they overcharge for the PPM, espeically since no lawyers review it. Jeff Jones is in charge of the PPM writing but he is not familiar with securities laws, just generic law. I am not one to complain on the internet about poor work, but i feel i have no choice but to report this.
growthink's PPM is not worth it. Great company, but they are pretty much new at PPMs and now i have to pay my overpriced attorney to fix the whole thing.

In response to the reported complaint, we do not have a client in Los Angeles with that name. Unfortunately, we believe this is a hoax or possibly a person that may have inquired about our services and was not able to engage our firm's resources.
