I bought product to sell from GSN... I was promised directly from. Mark McKnight's lips: "you can get you full refund if you're not happy w/ these products" (I have witness to this!!)
When I e-mailed and ask to return some of the items, [I have e-mails from Mark to back up these words] for my money back... "yes, but we will keep a 10% fee. I felt that was fair.
I boxed all up really well paid $26. to ship certified and to be signed for, that was June 14,2004 !!! I have been trying to get my $854.00 ever since. Mark at GSN has my products and money AND REFUSES to even accept my calls or e-mails now.
One of the last e-mails I got from GSN / Mark, I was told that after 6.14.05 I would no longer be able to get anything back from them.... I call that STEALING don't you???
