legaldisclaimer1, You said you read this report and think the poster should be banned, but you didn't mention the report posted by Gulfco Leasing (or one of it's employee's) against his company.
That report is clearly, hands down slander as will be proven in court soon.
They claimed the company charged their credit card multiple times, even though the company has never accepted credit cards.

This report, claims Gulfo Leasing are spammers.
They have been reported multiple times to Craigslist, who have confirmed that in writing. Email sent from Gulfco Leasing are marked as spam to the following: Yahoo, Gmail, AOL, Time Warner Cable,  Comcast, EarthLink, Juno, RoadRunner, NetZero, Verizon and many others.
They are marked as spam for a reason.

Gulfco Leasing is on a long, long list of companies that attempt to draw attention by any means possible regarding the internet. Although that's not criminal, it violates many user agreements. Sites like Craigslist and LinkedIn make it's users agree not to spam /"solicit" it's users.

The argument between these two was a result of not just spam, but a violation of user agreement. This was not a spam in a email-hit the report button situation as you described.

Craigslist is free. It's hands are tied by lack of funds, time and personnel, and cannot vigorously go after violators as much as it would like to....or at all sometimes.
There are thousands of good people who respect this free service and work very hard to keep the spammers and scammers out of it. I can respect that.
There are also many people like yourself (yes, you are part of Gulfco...we aren't morons)who like to ruin good things that others enjoy daily. You have no respect for Craigslist, but use it to spam people. How many suckers do you actually pull in and how much do you make off of it? You would think you'd be idolizing Craigslist. But i think you lack the intelligence to understand such things.

Here's the moral to the story:
Our freedom of speech allows us to voice our opinions of each other. It does not give us the right to make a malicious, false, and defamatory statements or make a slanderous report about someone's good name.

Gulfco Leasing was referred to as spammers. There is a mass collection of evidence to support that fact. Absolute Printing was referred to as a company who wrongfully, and illegally charged credit cards. This is 100% false and easy to prove.
You do the math as to what is going to happen here.

So, if someone makes completely false accusations about you as a individual, as well as a business and you react to that.....you think you should be "banned from posting"?
You obviously don't have a clue that you are talking about. And also have a total disregard for the good people at Craigslist and the free service they provide. Instead you childishly refer to people as jerks.

I haven't looked into yet, and don't know if this is factual.... but isn't the owner of Gulfco Leasing  a convicted criminal and served 16 months in prison for threatening a Judge?

I have read this whole report and the guy who wrote it should be banned from posting to this site.
This site was designed to help consumers who actually do business and to report things on the Business.

The Author filed this report because apparently he got some spam email he claims was from this company.   He admits in one of his tirades these facts - so he has never done Business with this company.

We all get hundreds if not thousands of spam emails a month - hit the report button and move on.

What we have is one Jerk for Posting the Report and a couple more for giving the Jerk who posted the report a soapbox to mouth his Garbage-

On top of it all it looks like the fight is over posting on Craigslist - The Biggest spam site in the US.

Based on all of the investigations, the Prostitution complaints, and Ripoffs who post on Craigslist you get what you deserve in Junk mail and spamming for posting on that site.

I didn't post lies. I posted a report on a spammer and what i read on other spam sites. Any search for a physical address came up empty. All there was, was city names and zip codes. Sounds fishy to me. But I'll be very happy to release my emails....my banking info to show 0 credit card transactions, and anything else in question to prove who's lying and who started the harassment and slander.

Mail from your company is considered spam by Yahoo and I'm sure many others. (ask them) You were flooding my email with spam. I saved all the spam for anyone to see.

Gulfco Leasing is a finance Brokerage Company.  This person has decided to attack the company and claim all sorts of different things and has sent threatening emails to the main mailbox.

Its a sad state of affairs when a site like this who has the goal of helping consumers allows anyone to make up false complaints.

This person claims that we tried sell something or tried to get him to invest in something.
We do not sell any equipment and we do not sell any investments.   We work with Large, medium and small Business's to find financing for equipment they wish to purchase from equipment dealers or Private Parties.  We work with banks and private equity sources to secure cash flow and Lines of Credit for Customers.

We never earn a fee unless the financing is completed and we do not get paid by the customers.
The banks that we work with pay us our fee for find them the customer.

The company has its office location,  cities and zip code listed as we do not have walk-in facilities.

As the internet allows faceless post by people of all mental states - people who view this post should understand that people can post anything when hiding behind a keyboard.

This poster has claimed we posted something about him on this very site - but on his rebuttal on that site he claims he is being attacked by his former girlfriend.

Thank you for your time and Understanding when reading this complaint and the simple fact that we do not ever take money from any client our service is 100 percent based on Fees earned and paid by Banks when financing deals are closed.

5 days after i made a post about these scammers. they/he made a false report about me and my busniess. I know this because I won a court injunction and my lawyer received the IP and posting information.
To give a idea of how stupid this guys slander was. he said on this site. that my busniess charged his credit card 3 times. The problem is. I've never accepted credit cards. lol
He also claimed he bought a product from my busniess and never received it.  The problem with that is...my busniess doesn't sell any products. lmao We offer a service.
Anyway, I've won the first court case, I got this scumbag's name and address but I was told not to post it yet. He should be served soon and after i get done suing I'll post his name and address so others can go after him if there's anything left. hehe

The sad thing is I was always a fan of this site. But i found out they will let people post lies and outright slander and wont remove it even after you prove it.
There's loopholes in internet law but that's soon to change. YOU CAN, however get the IP of the person who posted things about you.
A smart scammer wold at least use a proxy. lol

I applied for a Lease with this Company and they did not Charge me a fee.  My credit was not perfect but ok.  They sent me three offers and rates to choose from and I  purchased the truck I wanted with the financing. 


It sounds like this guy could not get money and he is pissed.  You would think that this site prevented spammers. 

This is a finance company for equipment and nothing on any of the web pages talks about any investments.

Its sad when people with poor credit can attack a Company for declining the financing and make up lies because they do not pay the bills.
