ordered plants online, received pathetic root stocks and complained. was issued a partial credit.
plants came up in spring and were not the plants ordered.
complained and was told a full refund would be sent, it was never received.
comlained and was told a check would be sent, it was, it was written for 25% of purchase.
complained and Gurney's tuened it around making it MY FAULT!!! Most ugly was their complete and total refusal to allow me to speak with anyone above the initial phone operator. My requests to speak with accounting and management wer denied.
Accounting refused to sepeak with me because "they won't tellyou anything different from what i have told you".
OK. I got it. Total rip off operation.
Never again.
