hi, i must say I've been giving hair club all the chances to come out clean and do the right thing  accept their wrongs doing ! i put up with lies,deceptions. facing constant problems with hair piece and melting tapes, liquid glue and cheap WIG which was moving side to side and coming off loose all the time.they did nothing but to push for more upgrade meaning more profit for company and sales person;s commissions.i had enough,  stood my ground and demanded better care,services and honouring contract.they refused.

so i demanded refund!! hours later i was out over telephone with threats,lies they made to mask their wrongs. both so called manager and sales person did it together of course with help from their head office and lies they were fed to them.hair club head office is not aware of these two conspiracy? they think what this two have done was and is in interest of this club? in reality what this two have done was to protect their own interest not hair clubs but......now i have all the options to go court and so much more....

head office knows by now this two have lied but fear of lawsuit they must defend this two in court. so i need help.if you are or have been a member and have informations you can share please make a report especially if you are living in toronto Canada. I'm working on class action law suit,thinking of printing my story,experiences like their lies,deceptions and even making derogatory and homophobic remarks against me by staff members(what a cowards), at hair club on flyers !!!might get the attentions of unhappy yet willing to participate clients i might be able to have enough clients to launch an class action lawsuit against hair club hcfmw. thanks
