Half.com and Ebay.com Attorney to stop the Scam? Internet, California

I am looking for an attorney who would be willing to file a class action suit against Half.com.  I have been suspended for over 120 days now and currently I send Half.com an email every single day asking for my funds. 

They currently owe me over $37,000 on one account and another $15,000 on another.  I should have been paid at the 90 day mark which was 12/15/09.  Based on the other reports I have read, this is a very common practice.  On the $38,000 funds due at the time of suspension, to date only $800 has been charged back to the account as returns.

I am not complaining because of a $200 debt.  This is big money for me and I need some type of resolution.
