I ordered 1 HammerX/Standard Shaft/Standard Grip golf club after seeing the ad on tv. I am trying to return this product and get a refund of my $167.85 that has been charged to my credit card.

I have made 16 phone calls to the customer service number listed above and am told I will receive a call within 24 hours. Never have received a phone call.

I believe this is a 90 day money-back gaurentee. My invoice is dated June 9, 2015 and names the supplier as being X-Factor Sports. They say that all chargebacks will be considered fraud and a $200 fee will be charged and will be turned ovee to the credit bureau.
