On october 31 i left for a trip and when i came back my friend car was town away, before i left for this trip i personally walk to the leasing office to get a permit parking paper which they provide to me from friday to monday, i ask where to have my friend car park and they point and saw me move it there and did not tell me nothing, i put the pink permit paper on her dashboard and left to our trip on monday when i came back the car was gone and when we call the non emergency police department thinking it was stolen they procced to tell us it was town away on friday the 31, i call the leasing office left a voice mail not insulting, not using bad words, just upset and let them know i would be in the office at 10 a.m sharp when they open, when i walk over there i try to look for answers and a way for them to repair the damage they did, mind my friends they flew from washingnton to here one is a coronel in the air force, i felt so embarrased with them, well the manager of this leasing office clean her hands saying she couldnt help us and when we ask for the regional information they gave us the run around, because she was upset at me because i was trying to find a solution to this she violated my privacy by saying all loud in the lobby " when you were late in your 2 payments for rent i help you" infront of two individuals who didnt need to know my personal financial situation, i was already embarrased about the fact theyre car was town away and on top she reveal my personal finance to the whole lobby.

At night time lights are not own is very dark when i walk to my apartments i have bring this up numerous of times to they attention they dont care it all, i over hear while waiting in the leasing office to obtain the information for the regional 5 people residents at the apts also complainning about being over charge for toilet getting replace, oven light bulbs, parking spots, minding i already pay over 100.00 in parking because and rent is over ridiculous i pay over 1,000.00 i totally agree when you first come to sign your lease they make you see this place is a good place to live when is not, they treat you like garbage as a resident and even allown a truck company to the property to town your car and your guest car away, please i beg you dont rent here or otherwise you will be so so unhappy and your privacy will be violated by the managment and leasing people, im going around getting signature from current residents to bring this to court, i live here and im the most unhappy person and now embarrased to be renting from this place, who violated you and your privacy as a resident in this community.
