Loan was refinance. Initail loan had $1588.59 carry over to new loan. New loan was for $2000. Patments add up to the $2000 plus interest stated on my statement. Only $84.42 was paid out directly to me. Shorting me out of $327.99. After multiple calls to Addvance Financial along with actually taking the paper work over to my local Advance Financial I recieved nothing but arguments from the half dozen people, including managers, I spoke with. No one would give me their names and were quite inpersonal in dealing with me. They did not want to see the numbers on my finance agreement and actually  tried to add in a payment I made of $327.99 from my previous loan, to make up the $2000. Since when are payments added in and not subtracted from the loan balance of which they continue to clain is the $2000 plus the interest stated on the loan papers. My belief is it was a computer glitch, yet these are people working in finance who should know how to do simple math. It is very evident what transpired, yet they wish to insist there is no problem and they dont owe me any more funds. My loan amount financed is $1588.59 carried over from the previous loan plus the $83.42 paid to me. Yet I will pay back $2296.00. Thats $1672.01 total loaned with a pay back of $2296.00.

Did you read contract?

AUTHOR: Mv81 - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, July 31, 2015

Did you read your contract before you signed it? I've had loans with them before and never had an issue. When it comes to their installment loans they either print out a contract for you to look over or on the tablet. It shows your payments and it shows the amount financed. I'm sure you read your contract before signing it right? If so you would have noticed and said something at the time. When you sign a contract, it is now is your responsibility to obide by it. Glitch or not.
