Harvey Kleinsman one price ,took my $5000 deposit and would not refund it, when they said it was refundable for any reason. Boca Raton Florida

I sent $5000 deposit for a dry clean plant to harvey Kleinsman ceo of one price inc drycleaning company. The company stated that for any reason I can cancel and get my full refund. But due to low credit score the balance of the loan could not be approved, so I called the company to refund my money. Mr. Harvey Kleinman acted like he did not want to give up the $5000. He told me why dont you open up a drop store? it is cheaper and we can get you approval. I said I do not really want a drop store,I prefare a plant. After much hassle from him I said okay lets try for the drop store.

3 days later mr. harvey called me and stated that they can approve the drop store for $900 a month and then I told mr harvey that I cannot afford that and that he should send me my deposit back. Mr. Harvey did not like that, I sent a letter to the company requesting my refund. Mr harvey told me that I will get my refund at the end of october. He said it takes a month for the refund check to go out.

Within that month Mr. harvey had 2 people still call me about getting a drop store. I finally got upset and told an attornry to write him a letter requesting my refund back.Mr. harvey was upset about the letter and said he will not send me my money. A law suit has not been filed. I am trying to see what i need to do to get him to realese my refund. He is very greedy for money and he cashed the check and he is playing games. I need help. please advice. thanks
